BROWS

MICROBLADING is a form of cosmetic tattooing that mimics hairstrokes. This semi-permanent procedure deposits pigment into the upper layer of the skin with a handheld blading tool. This is perfect for those who just like the natural look of brows. Lasts 1-3 years, but color boosts and touchups are necessary in between for optimal look.

MICROSHADING is a form of cosmetic tattooing that mimics a shaded, fully colored brow. This procedure deposits pigment into the upper layer of the skin with either a handheld shading tool, or a digital machine. This is ideal for those who wear a lot of eye makeup and needs their brows to match, or for those with particularly oily skin or large pores. Color boosts and touchups are necessary in between for optimal look.

COMBO brows is the perfect mix of microblading and microshading to create a natural look, yet also perfectly match your days of makeup. This is perfect for those who wear a decent amount of makeup on a DAILY basis. It may also be a good alternative to those with oily skin or large pores, that do not want the completely microshaded brow. Color boosts and touchups are necessary in between for optimal look.

This service is for those who:

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

You may call, text, email us directly or use our APPOINTMENT menu tab to book an appointment. During this time you can reach out to us to consult about procedure or any concerns/questions you may have. We send a text confirmation the day prior to appointment to make sure appointment can be carried out and no rescheduling is needed.

When you arrive to appointment, numbing will be applied since a 20-40 min time is needed for maximum numbness. After numbing is applied, you will be given paperwork to fill out while waiting. The paperwork will be reviewed with you after filled out to make sure you are aware of everything you need to know. We also take this time to discuss what you want with your brows, choose the pigment color, and patch test the pigment to make sure there will be no allergic reaction.

After numbing is removed, we map out you brows to the shape or thickness that you desire. Once you APPROVE of the mapped out brow, procedure will begin. Note that we will only start the procedure if the mapped brow is approved of. Any contradictions after the procedure should NOT be held against the technician. During the procedure, we would appreciate if you are NOT constantly moving or speaking, since that may alter the accuracy of the procedure. However, DO speak up if you are uncomfortable or in pain.

A little swelling and redness is common immediately after procedure.

IS IT SAFE?

If you fill out the medical history form given to you at procedure with the best of your knowledge and accuracy, nothing else should really be a problem. The permanent makeup technician will always be asking if you are okay throughout the procedure to make sure nothing happens as an emergency. If you have any concerns at all, feel free to ask during consultation either through phone, text, email, or even in person. We want to make sure everything will be a piece of cake as much as you do.

DOES IT HURT?

Topical anesthetics is used throughout the procedure to ensure nothing is painful or uncomfortable. Lidocaine is used before the skin is breached. Once the procedure starts or skin is open, epinephrine is used to numb the area. We pride ourselves on our clients feeling no discomfort nor pain, and had most even fall asleep here and there!

A little discomfort or pain may be felt after numbing is completely worn off following the procedure.

AFTERCARE

In the first 24 hours, gently rinse your eyebrows with clean hands AND water to remove fluid or blood buildup. This will ensure that the healing process doesn't get ugly. This is recommended every 3 hours or so, to the best you can, throughout the first 24 hours.

For the first week, do not overdo your brows with water and soap. It is recommended not to get lotions or makeup on your eyebrows. This brings unnecessary exposure to bacteria, and to chemicals from the products that you do not know how it will react with your new brows.

The few days after first day of procedure may result in dark and thick looking brows. Need not worry, this will be the sign to let you know your brows will go into a healing phase. If it gets itchy, dry, or flaky in that area, apply ointment given to you at appointment. Apply a thin layer, and do NOT apply liberally. Less is more when it comes to ointment, and best if not any is used. DO NOT, at whatever cost, pick at or scratch the brow area during healing. Scarring will be a possibility if you fail to follow.

For the following 2 weeks post procedure, please avoid the following:

  • touching your brows with hands that are not clean

  • being in an environment with possible exposure to airborne debris, dust, or bacteria

  • excessive sweating around brows

  • swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, and baths

  • sun or salon tanning

  • any laser, chemical or peel treatments on the face area

  • any product containing RETIN-A or glycolic acid on the face area

  • picking, peeling, or scratching of brow area

  • excessive drinking or drugs (will slow healing process which may change outcome of brows)

A little swelling and redness is common immediately after procedure. This will subside within a couple hours. Never feel hesitant to contact us with any concerns or questions AFTER the procedure. It is always best to be safe than sorry!

EYELINERS

TOP LINER is a procedure that deposits pigment into the upper layer of the eyelid skin where you desire eyeliner to be. This is perfect for those who do not change their signature eyeliner look and do not mind it to be permanently done. This procedure liner can be of any eyeliner design and thickness. Color boosts and touchups are necessary in between for optimal look.

LASHLINE ENHANCEMENT is a procedure that deposits pigment into the upper layer of the skin where your natural lashes line up. This enhancement creates an illusion of a full and defined lash line. This gives your eyes without makeup seem more round and alert, yet seemingly natural without any liner on the lid. This is perfect for those who want the natural no makeup look. Lasts up to 5 years, but color boosts and touchups are necessary in between for optimal look.

BOTTOM LINER is a procedure that deposits pigment into the upper layer of the skin right on your bottom lash line. For those with big eyes, or those who apply liner on their bottom lash line everyday. This procedure is done very thin along the bottom lash line, so it does not look as artificially out of place. Color boosts and touchups are necessary in between for optimal look.

SCALP PIGMENTATION

Scalp pigmentation is hope for those who are bald, or suffering from severe hair loss. More than 50% of men, and 35% of women are suffering from hair loss. With the new generation lifestyles, hair loss is starting at even a younger age.

This service is for those who:

  • receding hairlines that seem to keep getting more and more thinned out

  • already bald and want the "shaved" look instead

  • balding to the extent where shaving, or having the "shaved" look, will create a better image

  • failed other methods of growing hair and gave up

This service is NOT for those:

  • pregnant or nursing women

  • bald from chemo, or other medical treatments (must get approval from physician before procedure)

  • skin problems, or infections on the scalp

  • do not want to shave off the little hair that they do have on their scalp (whole scalp pigmentation only)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Microneedles on a micro pigmentation machine will work with artist to insert pigment into the outer layer of your skin. Color of pigment will be chosen according to the natural hair color on client. Color for those who are getting a complete scalp pigmentation will be a shade of grey that will look natural on the bald scalp.

For receding hairline pigmentation, a numbing agent will be used. Once numb, the artist will use the color prepared for the client and start the procedure. The artist will only pigment once and no secondary numbing will be necessary. For whole scalp pigmentation, there will be no numbing agent. Artist and client will consult over the number of sections to be divided according to the pain level client can handle. Sections will be completed in different sessions and not in one sitting.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

Scalp pigmentation is permanent. However there is controversy to the idea of it being permanent, since for some individuals, the procedure is semi-permanent. Depending on your lifestyle and environmental factors, how long the effects last will greatly vary. Most pigmentation procedures do last between 3-5 years. Some will lighten up in color, but never completely fade away. Pigment will fade at different speeds, making it important for color boosts and touchups. It will all depend on what the individual desires.

DOES IT HURT?

Scalp pigmentation for receding hairlines will be numbed to ensure as minimal pain for client.

Scalp pigmentation for the whole bald head however, does not use any numbing agents. Therefore the whole scalp is not completed in one session. Smaller sections are completed in multiple sessions to ensure comfort and an minimal pain possible.

IS IT SAFE?

If client is in a good health condition and has full knowledge of their answers to the questions on our medical history form, there is no threat in the overall procedure.

For those who seek this procedure, but are bald or balding because of a medical condition, are advised not to until their primary physician has approved. We can provide your physician with the ingredients in pigment and the exact steps to procedure to make sure you will be fully capable of not having any adverse side effects or problems.

MAINTENANCE

Scalp pigmentation for receding hairlines, have no continuous maintenance to keep up. However scalp pigmentation for the whole head has some to keep up. If you were a bald client who received the procedure, you are in luck as there is no future maintenance. For those who shaved off the hair they did have for the procedure, must continually shave those hairs as they grow out to maintain the clean, shaved look.

AFTERCARE

Scalp pigmentation is a very careful and strenuous procedure for both the artist and client. After your procedure, it is advised not to wash your scalp for the following 24 hours. It is also very crucial that you DO NOT wipe them down with anything. For the following days, it is best not to have direct exposure to sunlight on the areas of pigmentation. Please DO NOT pick at the area for whatever reason. If the area of pigmentation gets itchy or dry, you may apply very limited amounts of aquaphor ointment. We will not be responsible for the outcome of your scalp pigmentation session once you leave the studio, considering the aftercare and lifestyle variations are something we cannot control.
